serial port card query

On the subject of shared interrupt cards, does anyone have a pointer to a
source of cheap 4 or more port asynch cards that use a shared interrupt?

And on yet another hardware subject, anyone have good suggestions on such
a card or perhaps a smart version that could replace 3 normal serial ports
in a 386 running Interactive's version of sysV that is maxed out on
interrupts, and needs to have a lan card added?
