Public Passwords

Hello all

Till today we hadn't any security violation problems in Switzerland.
But to prevent us from such guys I have the following idee:
(I know, that it isn't from me, but it works fine)

Start with an initial password, written in ftpusers-File.
Each time you log into the bbs (any way), you have to compute a new
password with the initial password AND Time and Date coded. The
algorithm should be save enough to prevent "back-tracking" several password
to the initial. Maybe someone else can help here...
