Beginner's NOS guide

Due to a number of requests, I'm going to post the WinWord version of the
Beginner's Guide to NOS along with the other versions.  If the result is
of reasonable size, I'll post all three versions (straight ASCII, sorta
pretty, and WfW) in one .ZIP, otherwise the WfW version will be a
separate file.

It'll probably be late this week or early next before I can get it put
together and to my friend with ftp.
