Another note on the BBS banner - the current banner is getting quite long
and wraps around. This makes for a bad appearance. I.E.

ipdsp:wa3dsp-8 Current Message xxx: the BBS command letters which wrap to
the next line then >

Instead why not have the NR (or call) ID and current message on one line
and the commands on a second.

ipdsp:wa3dsp-8 Current Message 1280
a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h,i,j,k,l,m,n,o,p,q,r,s,t,u,v,w,x,y,z ? >

Of course the message number is usually not quite this high but there is
room if it is. Also we can add a lot more commands!
