You're buying us the new equipment, right? No? Then think again before
trying to set a minimum speed.
The main reason we can get folks to try out TCP/IP is that they don't have
to go buy new radios and new packet modems to do it.
You want to encourage people to move up, show them Mosaic over a 56Kb link.
