Just a reminder that it is good practice to have ONE coordinator
or assigned person within a region do this. It is very easy to
screw up the domain file. Unfortunately there is no security but
so lets not have a free for all in updating the file. It is the
local coordinators responsibility to update the domain. Please route
all changes through them.
