Does it say "flag frames" or "frame flags"? A packet *MUST* start with one
or more flags, or my understanding is totally wrong. As I recall from the
AX.25 spec, a single flag may end one frame and start the next. Maybe that
is what PacComm was saying? Meanwhile flags are repetively sent during the
TXDelay interval. And some number are sent after the last frame.
