Messages are being repeated due to a mail/news loop in Canada.  The loop is:

ucsd.edu   ->   maccs.dcss.mcmaster.ca   ->   USENET.dofasco.ca
         (SMTP)                        (UUCP)

	 ->   maccs.dcss.mcmaster.ca   ->   ucsd.edu
       (UUCP)                        (SMTP)


I have already sent mail to the postmasters at both sites explaining the
situation.
