DIR problem on thumper

There's a known problem with the ftp dir command on thumper when using
anonymous FTP. It was introduced today when some guys installed a new
FTP server that uses the SecureID one-time-password system. The intention
was not to disable anonymous FTP, and in fact you can still retrieve
files if you know the full path name. The problem is being worked on.
