Yes.  Look to your friendly neighborhood pilot store.  Get World Aeronautical
Charts (WACs), Sectional area charts, and VFR Terminal Area Charts (TCAs) for
the areas you are interested in.  These are in increasing orders of granularity.

That should get you the info for a local area you need, and a single investment
can work for years (if you're not a pilot).  Better than that, go ask a friend-
ly pilot for his old charts when they expire, or for a look now, if it's time
sensitive.
