NOS MSWindows PIF

        I have place MSWINNOS.ZIP in ucsd incoming.

        It contains NOS.PIF and a readme with some info.

        I do NOT claim to be an expert on windows or NOS but I have been
        able to successfully make NOS - PA0GRI 1.7j work under windows
        with the 3c501 ethernet driver. It runs in the background during
        heavy windows usage of both windows and non-windows applications.
