modem/async server

I have some _alpha_ test quality code that makes ka9q nos into a
modem/async server.  This allows someone telneting into ka9q to be
connected directly to an async port (similar to tip).  I use it to
connect to a modem and to an async only unix host.  Let me know if you
can ftp and are willing to do some testing and make improvements.
Otherwise, just wait a little longer for a better version.
