A local ham has a HAPN card that worked fine with the old net program, but
does not seem to function fully with the newer NOS versions.  The problem
is erratic, and results in bad ax25 headers .. at least they show up
during a trace.  It is impossible to pass tcpip traffic and is possible
with standard ax25 comms, although there are some bad headers seen.
Has anyone had this type of experience before with the HAPN card?  I
have the sources for PA0GRI 1.8b which I compiled with TC2.0.  All seems
fine, in fact I am using my own compiled version on my system.
