Heath Pocket Packet Works!

        I first wish to thank the helpful Hams that answered my first
request for information. I learned a great deal about the Pocket Packet
from you all. Last night I got logged onto col.hp.com and found 2 rom
images in the hamradio/packet/etc/firmware directory. I made a e-prom
with u21_kiss.rom and it runs in the Pocket Packet TNC just fine!

        Depending how this firmware performs I may still buy the PacCom
version since it uses the latest TAPR code and has the later kiss code.
But it has been fun searching and finding what was needed.
