tcp-group and tcp-digest distribution note

We're now processing over 90,000 items of electronic mail a day here at
UCSD; as a result, we've had to add subsidiary mail handling hosts. Thus
mail from the tcp-group and tcp-digest distributions may arrive from hosts
other than UCSD.EDU (which has been renamed mail.ucsd.edu). If you are
filtering mail based upon its relay source, you may have a bit of
reconfiguration to do.

The two alternate mail handlers are currently called 'blackhole1' and
'blackhole2', but those will change - too whimsical.
